Physical Description: Rowen has medium length shaggy hair. Its a dark red. He has hazel-yellowish eyes that change colors or shine in the light. He normally wears a black suit that consists of black pants, black or white shirt and a long black coat with gold trim. Rowen also wears a pair of thin black glasses. When he is in the city as Cade he wears a black pair of skinny jeans and a white t-shirt.
Personality: Rowen is very smart and very Serious. Although that is only when necessary. Other times he laughs and jokes around. But when is comes down to it all, he is evil and enjoys helping Rowona conquer crystal Tokyo. Not only does he like helping her fulfill her goals, he just likes to be around her. Its not common when dark people, such as himself, find someone they are attracted to.
