Abilities: Rosa and Eva both can control things and move things with their minds. Most of her abilities are TBA
Maelstorm: a thick black cloud appears around her enemy making it hard to see.
Dark Veil: A black veil appears on the person of her choice and they are completely under her control.
Total Destruction Blast: A black circle appears where she wants it at and destroys whatever is in the circle.
Dark Matter Attack: Rowana sucks up the dark matter around her and uses it as a blast attack of dark matter.
Weakness: Strawberries (she’s allergic) , people giving her attention, light
Physical Description:
Eva: Long black hair with red highlights. She wears a short black and red dress with black boots that goes to her knees. She wears a a black choker with a red jewel and red earrings.
Rosa: Long blonde hair and green eyes. When she is not in uniform, she usually wears anything black.
Personality:
Eva: She hates everything good and wants to destroy all good in Crystal Tokyo.
Rosa: She is very outgoing and likes to have fun, but she has a small temper issue. She get’s jealous easily, and get’s really mad if anyone touches Cade. She does love attention and will do anything to be center of it. She currently is enrolled at the same school at as Tif and Sari.
Back Story: Eva is a long desendant of Queen Barrel. She is set out to destroy Crystal Tokyo and Neo Queen Serenity and everything that Neo Queen Serenity loves and cares about.
