Osmosis - Takes a large amount of water from the air and concentrates it between her hands, uses this power up before a big attack.
Ice Blade - Creates a scimitar from ice.
Wipe Out - If used with Osmosis beforehand, it doubles in strength. It creates a wave that would knock a surfer off his board.
Weaknesses: Really hot places, school, cute boys and girls
Physical Description: Her strawberry blond hair goes down to her mid thigh and she has orange eyes. Whenever she goes out into public she will wear a single black leather fingerless glove, a corset with a grey shirt underneath, a sleeve that goes up her other arm, a red tie and a plaid skirt with at least two belts. She wears a set of black wings as well. As She also wears a black dog collar, a red tie, a spikey black bracelet, a fine chain with a heart and a red spikey bracelet on her mid-bicep on her right arm. On her left wrist she three studded braclets. Her scout uniform's leotard is white, her mini-cape and skirt are a light aqua color and her tiara is gold with a a black gem with the Pisces symbol carved into it and her heels come up to her knee and white.
Personality: She bounces back and forth between mood outlets, one moment she will be happy go lucky and the next she will be sitting in the corner, crying her eyes out. She hates school and would rather sleep during her classes. She is currently failing at all her subjects, except art. In her group of friends, mainly the Sailor Elements, she's is the glue that binds them. She is very bouncy, usually not knowing when to keep her mouth shut. Outside of her social group and other alternative students, the other students tend to ignore her, especially when she is in her depressive mood.
