Physical Description: Her hair is very similar to Serenity's. Pink, but big puffy pig tails. Her eyes are a bright red. When transformed as Sailor Moon, her uniform is a white leotard, pink skirt, and white boots. She also wears white, elbow length gloves. When she is around the castle, Rini wears her formal white gown. But when in the city, she dresses as though she were a regular citizen.
Personality: Rini is a precocious brat who likes pulling pranks. Shes also usually very upbeat, extroverted and outgoing. She is older now and acts more mature than she did when she was 7. She no longer picks on Serenity, who is now her mother. She respects and loves her.
History: When Rini was about 7 she was sent to the past to develop her Scout powers, she was given the title Sailor Mini Moon. Now that she has returned home it has been roughly about 9 years in the future. Her mother, Serenity, is now training her and the other generation of scouts their powers. Rini is also now the new leader of the Sailor Scouts and is known as Sailor Moon.
